A few quick checks before you start — then follow the steps to access the home and lock up when you're done.
You must check in during your scheduled appointment time window. The system will not grant access outside of your approved slot.
If you've arrived at the wrong time, open your confirmation email and use the reschedule link to select a new available time before proceeding.
A "Requested" status means your appointment has not yet been approved by our team. You will not be able to access the home until it is confirmed.
Please call or text us at (385) 217-6200 for a status update before attempting to enter.
Download the Aptly NoKey app and open your appointment from there — it can help when service is spotty.
Open your appointment confirmation email and tap the "Check In" link on your phone.
Alternatively, open the appointment directly in the Aptly NoKey app.
Head to the front door and locate the lockbox mounted on the door.
Press the 🗝️ key button a few times to wake up the device.
Enter the lockbox access code from your email, then press the 🗝️ key button to confirm.
The smart lock unlocks for up to 120 seconds — head inside!
Take the key out and keep the lockbox open until you finish your tour.
Take your time! All homes are shown in as-is condition — this is what move-in looks like. Make sure it's the right fit before you apply.

Missing key fee: $200 or more.The key must be returned to the lockbox before you leave the property.
