Your check-in link and lockbox access code are sent there. Have it open and ready before you walk up to the door.

Start Your Tour

Check In at the Property

Open your appointment confirmation email and tap the "Check In" link on your phone.

Alternatively, open the appointment directly in the Aptly NoKey app.

Walk Up to the Front Door

Head to the front door and locate the lockbox mounted on the door.

Open the Smart Lockbox

Press the 🗝️ key button a few times to wake up the device.

Enter the lockbox access code from your email, then press the 🗝️ key button to confirm.

Take the Key & Enter

The smart lock unlocks for up to 120 seconds — head inside!

Take the key out and keep the lockbox open until you finish your tour.

⚠️ Accidentally closed the lockbox? You have a 10-minute grace period to request a new access code.

Take your time! All homes are shown in as-is condition — this is what move-in looks like. Make sure it's the right fit before you apply.

Before You Leave
Please return the home the way you found it.

Turn off all lights
Ensure all plumbing fixtures are off
Close & lock all exterior doors
Patios, garage, side doors, etc.
Exit through the front door & close it securely
Return the key to the lockbox
Then tap "Key Returned" on the webpage or in the app
Lock-up progress 0 of 5 complete
🎉 All locked up — you're good to go!
