31.14 Agent’s Rules & Regulations

31.14.0    AGENT’S RULES & REGULATIONS. This page references the Addendum to the Residential Lease Agreement (“Lease”) and is hereby incorporated into and made a part of such Lease. Where the terms or conditions found in this Addendum vary or contradict any terms or conditions found in the Lease, this Addendum shall control.

2025- POLICY UPDATES

31.14.2    SMS COMMUNICATION.
Resident provides consent to receive text messages and calls from Landlord at the phone number(s) they have provided. These messages may include leasing updates, maintenance coordination, payment reminders, property notices, and other service-related communication.

  • Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Resident may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP.

  • Landlord does not sell or share Resident phone numbers for marketing purposes
